Please read the following information prior to using any service or purchasing any product we provide.

All content displayed on the website and event/expo/fair of Kathy Shannon Design and Dragonwolf are copywritten and protected by law. All content, images, and services are not to be reproduced in whole or in part and cannot be used for commercial purposes by others. All pictures, designs, images, written works, apparel, prints, and services are originals and are owned fully by Kathy Shannon Design and Dragonwolf. The full extent of the law will be utilized to pursue any infringement upon this copywrite.

Payment Methods

Kathy Shannon Design and Dragonwolf accept PayPal on this website. At an event/expo/fair PayPal, Venmo, and Cash are accepted.

Shipping Policy

Shipping can take 2 to 4 weeks. You will be notified when shipped with a tracking number by email. Shipping and taxes will be charged at the time of purchase. Artwork will be shipped from printing company and sent directly to your address.

Refund Policy

Refund: You will receive a 100% refund of your purchase including shipping and taxes if the item is damaged in shipping. Please see below about getting a Replacement if damaged. If the purchase is not damaged, but you have changed your purchase choice, then a partial refund will be offered to you. This partial refund includes the item(s) itself, but excludes the original shipping charge. The undamaged item(s) are to be returned to us (the printing company) and the return shipping charge will be paid by you. Partial refund will only occur once the item has been obtained by us (the printing company).

Replacement: If there is damage in shipping we will send a replacement item to you once the item has been received by us (the printing company). The address of the printing company will be provided and shipping is paid for. The turn around time can take 2 to 6 weeks depending on when the returned item(s) are received and then getting the replacement back in the mail to you. We are to be notified within 24 hours of delivery that there is damage and replacement item(s) are needed. We require a photo of the packaging and item(s) to show the damage upon arrival. Please send images, order number, and the return tracking number by email to kathyshannondesign@gmail.com. There is no return shipping charge if damaged upon arrival and there is a replacement of the original damaged item being returned to you.

New Item to Replace Original Purchase: Return of undamaged original item(s) based on change of purchase choice and a new purchase choice will result in a replacement of item(s) will require you to pay return shipping charges and the new shipping charges for the new item.
